Provisional Psychologist
Zaina is a provisional psychologist with a Master’s in Professional Psychology completed at La Trobe University.
She has experience working with children, families, schools, stakeholders as a Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner implementing behaviour interventions and working to minimise risks of harm
Zaina enjoys working with children and adolescents with neurodiverse backgrounds (ASD, ADHD), neuro-developmental disabilities, and social and emotional difficulties.
Through shared empathy and play mediated therapy, Zaina enjoys building safety and rapport in sessions with children and their support networks.
Zaina works with children in facilitating evidence-based measures to support day to day positive wellbeing outcomes
Enjoys undertaking psychological assessments, mindfulness-based interventions and working with attachment theory
