Ashley is a Clinical Psychologist who is passionate about creating a space where both children and parents feel heard, supported, and empowered. She understands that reaching out for support can feel overwhelming at times and approaches each family with curiosity, empathy, and compassion.
Ashley works collaboratively with children, adolescents, young adults, and parents, using developmentally appropriate and evidence-based approaches to support emotional wellbeing, regulation, resilience, life transitions and strengthen relationships. Her work is grounded in attachment- and trauma-informed frameworks and incorporates CBT, DBT, ACT, and play-based approaches.
Ashley has experience across school settings, public mental health, and private practice, and is passionate about early intervention and family-centred support.
